The breakfast provided a great variety of local pastries.
The heating system was off all night, making it quite chilly.

Fantastic and comfortable hotel, the services were very good, magnificent location to the square where the Bus Terminal is. Actually the room was brand-new with a mini fridge, a good size balcony plus decent views. Location: the venue was just off the metro/buses. I visited Wood enoteca e sapori near the venue for a few drinks.

We enjoyed the location, as it provided a quiet retreat while still being close to the attractions. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the convenient access to transportation. One evening, we discovered a lovely café nearby that served great coffee and pastries.
The room had limited outlets and lacked some basic amenities. The shower also had maintenance issues, leading to a less comfortable experience.

I particularly appreciated the hotel's charming decor, blending modern comforts with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The lobby was bright and cute, while the accessible common areas made it easy for me to navigate around, especially enjoying the cozy garden.
The breakfast options could have been more varied.

The excellent location, friendly staff. Met the needs of my visit. A good location for enjoying Rome, in my opinion one of the best cities to visit in the world. The excellent deal I got made the experience especially pleasing. Would use again if a similar deal or slightly more was available.
There was a slight smell of the drains in the bathroom in my room on the top floor, it did not worry me, but it could worry somebody else. The room did have a skylight that opened.

I enjoyed the balcony....after a walking tour of busy Rome, went to a nearby market, bought wine and cheese, and sat on the balcony and relaxed. Room darkening shades were very efective.

I wasn't ready for this!
What a surprise! I enjoyed a wonderful stay with spacious rooms and perfect cleanliness. The staff's friendliness stood out. Breakfast had some room for improvement, but the location was fantastic, with excellent transport links. A few noisy nights from the street was nice.

Excellent service and pleasant staff. Very helpful. Hotel is on a very well served bus route to Rome Central. Quite close to the Metro, as well. The room is spotless and reflects very favorable on the staff. We will no doubt stay at the hotel again.
The only area of criticism would be the breakfast. No fruit cocktail, no bread, only rolls which do not have a middle. Meat content has diminished. . About two years ago,the above were provided. The breakfast cereals are fairly tasteless, if not actually dust. Only the fruit juice and coffee/tea are acceptable. We used the breakfast room very occasionally preferring to take something out.

Sometimes there were be loud noises of Libyanian guests living at every floor of the hotel for last five months! Especially at nights! But mostly the hotel was quiet enough...

clean and friendly hotel, willing staff speaks english, location, value for money. Cisty a pratelsky hotel, dobra lokalita, ochotny personal mluvi anglicky, dobry pomer cena / kvalita,
noise from traffic, bellow-average breakfast (bad juice from machine, every day the same) hluk z ulice (která na první pohled nevypadá jako hlučná), podprůměrné snídaně (špatný džus z mašiny, totéž každý den)

Comfort and location was very suitable for my purpose, because the bus station to center of Roma was very close to the hotel. So we did an excellent visit to the city. The staff was very kind.
